Location:  Sahil Settlement, Salyan Highway

Scope of work: 

• Topographic survey
• Soil excavation and concrete breaking works
• Land leveling and preparation for construction
• Manual excavation works for water, drainage line and electric wires
• Supplying and installation of materials for water, drainage line and electric wires
• Supplying and installation of lighting poles and lamps
• Construction of a concrete road for the entrance to the conveyor area
• Construction of concrete landing platform for mud cleaning by front loader, construction of concrete road
• Construction of sediment, valve and drainage inspection wells
• Supply and installation of a drainage system for the removal of rainwater on the existing concrete road
• Construction of a concrete road at the entrance-exit part of the wheel washing platform
• Construction of a concrete platform for a truck tire washing system (including a metal tank support)
• Construction of the washing area for the excavator caterpillar
• Suppling and installation of speed limiter
• Opening of a new gate opening in accordance with the existing gates in the bauxite warehouse, preparation and installation of the gate frame
• Installation and tuning of the Tire Washing system (equipment)
• Testing the system and handing it over to the customer
