  • Perform, Review and Check the Safety Valve Relief Load Calculation (as per API standard)
  • Perform Settle-out calculation
  • Perform hydraulic calculation and Restriction Orifice (RO) sizing
  • Preparation and Review of Cause & Effect Matrix, Alarm & Trip set points in P&IDs, and Alarm/Trip list
  • Preparation of the Design basis, Operating Control & Safeguarding Philosophies, and Control Narratives
  • Preparation of the Equipment Process Datasheets & Review Vendor Data
  • Conduct Dynamic Simulation, Transient, Surge, Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) studies
  • Conduct Depressurization (Blowdown) Studies, Flare Load Estimation, and Flare System Design
  • Vessel (Separator /Slug Catcher )/Tank/ Vent Knock-out (KO) Drum Sizing
  • Heat Exchanger Sizing /Rating
  • HAZOP/SIL (LOPA) Review & Submission of Actions Close-outs
