The Technical Education Center is taking successful steps to achieve this by prioritizing the creation of theoretical and practical training programs in this direction as the most important issue in order to meet the ever-increasing demand for engineers and professional technical personnel in the labor market. The center creates real opportunities for client companies with an effective training model for local companies to take a role on a company scale that meets international requirements.
Also, at a time when the oil and gas industry sectors are developing strongly and at the same time non-oil sectors, such as construction, metallurgy, chemistry, and food sectors are developing, the company is doing its best to ensure that our unemployed youth have technical education and as a result, they can easily find a job.
OUR MISSION
The Technical Training Center offers courses in technical specialties, taking into account the rapid rise of the industrial potential of the country and the efforts of the regions in the development of technical engineering fields. In the country, the fields of oil and gas industry are developing strongly, as well as non-oil fields, construction, information technology, etc. It is an initiative put forward to significantly increase the chances of finding a suitable job as a result of having technical qualification and increasing technical knowledge of our unemployed youth in a period of development of such sectors. It gives them the opportunity to participate in and benefit from the future development prospects of the industry and to work in newly opened workplaces. As a result, they will contribute to the development of the country's economy. An electronic database of young people has created who have successfully completed their courses and received certificates is being prepared and presented to companies.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The uniqueness of the training provided is its synergy of academic, applied theory duality with practice.
